Grown at high altitudes of 1,900 to 2,200 meters in the Gedeo zone of southern Ethiopia, our Yirgacheffe Grade 1 represents the pinnacle of floral and delicate washed coffees. Hand-picked by smallholder cooperatives and wet-processed with pure mountain water.
Tasting Notes:
Jasmine blossom, bergamot, candied lemon, ripe peach, and raw acacia honey finish.
